Sixty minutes of private time in Kids Gym with YMCA staff member. Staff members will set up Moon Bounce, mats, gym equipment, balls, etc. One hour in party room for refreshments. Limit 30 children. Socks are to be worn at all times, no sneakers on the equipment. Remove all jewelry. $182 members; $234 program members.

Create Your Own Party
Use a YMCA party room for 2 hours. Bring in your own fun. We will be happy to suggest clowns, movies, or other activities. Limit 30 children. $182 members; $234 program members.

For All parties
YMCA staff will set up the tables and chairs. We will provide balloons for all guests and a t-shirt for the birthday child. Parents need to provide all paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, table cover, utensils, decorations, tape, scissors, knife to cut the cake, candles, matches) and refreshments (drinks, cake). Please bring a limited number candles to avoid setting off smoke detectors. You may decorate the room but cannot hang decorations on the mirrors or from the ceiling in the aerobics studio. We suggest that if you bring in a piñata it has pull strings. We have limited freezer/refrigeration space available. You may extend your time in the party room for an additional fee of $50 for members or $75 for non-members per hour.

Party Upgrade
Let us do the work for you. We will provide table covering, plates, napkins, cups, utensils, pizza, and beverages. Parents need only to provide cake, candles and any additional decorations. Extra pizza may be ordered for the parents at an additional cost of $15/pizza. The fee for the upgrade is $75 for members and program members.

Payment in Full is Required at Time of Booking
Phone reservations are not accepted unless approved by coordinator. No refunds or credit is given for cancellations or re-scheduling unless the YMCA cancels the party. Be sure of the date you choose. Parties CANNOT be re-scheduled.
